1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup bottled ranch salad dressing
6 porkchops, 1/2 inch thick
Recipe
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Place dressing in another shallow dish. Dip pork chops in dressing, then coat in crumb mixture. Place in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until pork in no longer pink. Serves 6 people.
