Mom had this clipout in her recipes. It sounds sooo good...I must try this one.
List of Ingredients
1 can (14 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
6 porkchops
1 envelope pork coating mixRecipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon half of the cranberry sauce into large casserole. Set aside remaining sauce. Empty coating mix into shaker bag and add orange rind. Wet chops with juice and shake in ccoating mix as directed on package. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until tender. Serve withreservedcranberrysuace. Makes 4-6 servings.
