1 tbsp. hard margarine (no butter)
4-6 porkchops, trimmed of fat
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
2tbsp. squeezed orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange peel
Recipe
Heat margarine in pan. Add chops. Brown well on both sides. Stir in cranberry sauce, orange juice and peel together in small bowl. Arrange chops in ungreased casserole large enough to hold a single layer. Divide cranberry mixture over top of each one. Cover. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes until cooked and tender. 4-6 servings.
