2 lbs. chicken or pork chops
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cup cornflakes(crushed to 1 cup)
Recipe
Dip meat in mayonnaise. Coat evenly with cornflakes. Place in single layer, skin side up in greased shallow pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour or till tender. Do not turn and do not cover while baking.
