Herbed Pork Roast

1/4 cup pached brown sugar
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. each garlic, salt, pepper, dried rosemary, crushed sage
1 boneless pork loin roast (3-4 lb)
1/4 cup all purpose flourRecipe
Combine flour, brown sugar, herbs nd seasoning, rub over entire roast. Place roast, fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan. Place in a 500 degree oven, reduce heat to 325 degrees. Bake, uncovered for 2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
