Sylvia's Breaded Pork Tenderloin

6-8 tenderized pork tenderloins
1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
2 eggs, beaten
oil for frying
Recipe
Combine bread crumbs and all the spices in one bowl.
Place beaten eggs in another bowl.
Get frying pan hot with the oil.
Dip the pork tenderloins in the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mix, covering it well. Place into frying pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a casserole or roaster and continue baking at 350 degrees until completely done. Serve with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Awesome.
