Tropical Pork Chops

1/3 c ketchup
2 T mustard
2 T brown sugar
1 T vinegar
2 T soysauce
dash cayenne pepper
4 pork chops
salt and pepper
1/4 c chopped onion
2 cloves garlic , minced
1 T vegetable oil
1/3 c water
1/4 c pineapple chunks
Hot cooked rice.
Recipe
In a saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Set aside.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Cook the chops in a skillet on the stove with oil, onion & garlic until meat is browned.
Add water and reserved sauce that you have set aside.
Cover and cook on medium low a minute, checking it. Stir in pineapple and heat through.
Serve with hot cooked rice.
