    Grilled Caesar Salad

    1 pound COLEMAN top round steak
    1 tablespoon white wine vinager
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup Caesar flavored croutons
    1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 10-ounce bag prepared Romaine lettuce salad mix
    1/3 cup fat-free Caesar salad dressing
    1 tablespoon dijion-mustard

    Score steak in criss-cross pattern on both sides. Mix vinager and Worcestershire sauce and pour over top round. Marinate for 30 minutes. Heat grill and cook until doneness is acheived, approximately 15-20 minutes. Slice across the grain in very thin slices. Place salad mix, croutons and cheese into a large bowl. Top with grilled strips of beef. Mix mustard into Caesar dressing and pour over salad. Toss and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
