    1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked
    2/3 c reduced fat parmesan cheese
    1/4 c apple cider vinegar
    2 tsps oregano
    2 tbsps olive oil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    46 slices reduced fat turkey pepperoni
    1 tsp salt
    8 ozs low-fat pizza cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp black pepper

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, vinegar, oil, and pepperoni; set aside to allow macaroni to cool. In a small bowl, combine cheeses, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Stir into cooled macaroni mixture. Cover and chill several hours before serving.
