    2 tablespoons good quality dry mustard
    1/2 tablespoon flour
    1/2 cup half and half or cream
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 cup sugar
    dash of sea salt
    3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

    Recipe



    Whisk together mustard and flour in a glass measuring cup. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Microwave on high 1 minute. Whisk well. Microwave another 1-2 minutes, or until thickened. Serve warm or cold. This is wonderful on ham and with vegetables.
