List of Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups tomatoes (cooked and skinned)
1 large onion, chopped
2 large cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. basil or dill
zest of 1 orange
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Peel and cook tomatoes, put into food chopper with onion. Put in large pot with 4 cups of chicken broth. (Chicken in a Mug works well). Add garlic cloves and other spices. Simmer until it reaches the consistency you desire. Freezes well.
