Creme De Menthe Parfait

vanilla ice cream
Creme de menthe liqueur
whipping cream; whipped
fresh min leaves (garnish)

Recipe



To assemble, place enough ice cream to half fill a parfait or sherbet glass.
Add creme de menthe as desired.
Fill remainder of glass with additional ice cream.
Top with whipped cream; decorate with mint leaves.

Note: Any liqueur may be used as a substitute for the creme de menthe.
For a nonalcoholic parfait, use a good
chocolate or berry sauce.
