Cheese Steak on a Bun

Recipe Introduction

Use left over roasted beef. This is sooo good and will take care of those leftovers.

List of Ingredients

Left over roast beef, sliced very thin
1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, or canned mushrooms, drained
2 green onions, or 1 small onion, chopped coarsely
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

kaiser buns
mayonaise
bbq sauce




Recipe

Cut your roast beef thinly, and lay onto a flat, lightly oiled baking sheet. In a saucepan, saute the mushrooms, onions and green pepper. When desired tenderness is achieved spread over the roast beef. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Place into a 300 degree oven, until everything is warmed nicely and the cheese is melted. Take out of oven and place some of the beef onto a prepared kaiser bun. Serve with mayo and/or bbq sauce.
