1 container garlic and herb spreadable cheese
2 tbsp. milk
3 burrito size four tortillas plain
8 oz. deli ham
scallion
toothpicks
1 cup grape tomatoesRecipe
Stir together cheese and milk until smooth, reserve. With knife trim 1 1/2 inch in straight line from opposite ends of tortilla.
Top tortilla with 1/3 ham, leaving 2 inch border on trimmed side. Spread 1/3 of cheese mix over ham, place scallion on and roll up.
Cut into 8 pinwheels. Stick with toothpick. Stack on plate and garnish with tomatoes.
