    Sylvia's Coating for Breaded Meat

    I use this for porkchops, chicken breast and tenderized beef or pork. Alter the seasonings to your taste.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups dry fine Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp. parmesan cheese (optional)
    3 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of sage
    1 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag and shake it to mix it. Dip meat in eggs or milk and coat the meat with this. Fry meat until golden brown, and finish in the oven until completely cooked. Wonderful flavor.
