    Double Batch Lemon Bars

    2 packages Betty Crocker® Supreme lemon bar mix
    2/3 cup water
    6 eggs

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350ºF whether using metal or glass pan. Stir 2 pouches Filling Mix, the water and eggs in large bowl, using fork (a few lumps will remain); set aside.
    2. Press 2 pouches Ready-Mixed Crust (dry) in bottom of ungreased 13x9x2-inch or 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch rectangular pan. Bake 10 minutes.
    3. Stir filling mixture; pour over hot crust. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until top begins to brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For 32 bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. For ease in cutting, use wet knife.
