First Layer:
Bring to boil:
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margerine
Mix:
1 cup crushed graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Line 9x9 inch pan with whole graham wafer and add first mixture.
Second Layer:
Beat well:
2 cups icing sugar
2 tbsp. custard powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter or margerine
Enough milk to moisten
Add to first layer in pan. Top with pecan halves. Keep refridgerated. Freezes well.Recipe
