    1 cup chocolate layer cake mix
    1 can evaporated milk
    2/3 lbs. chocolate chips
    40 caramels
    1/2 cup melted butter

    Recipe



    Melt 1/2 cup milk, cake mix and melted butter together. Spread 3/4 of the mix into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Pour chocolate chips over hot layer.

    Melt 1/3 cup milk with caramel and pour over chocolate chip layer. Spread remaining cake mix on top. Bake another 25 minutes.

    *Add pecans for a "turtle taste"
