These aren't traditional ukranian, but this is what I fill my perogies with.


List of Ingredients




Cottage Cheese Herb:
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 small container of cottage cheese
1 pkg. herb dressing (dry)

Cheese Perogies:
3-4 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup cheese whiz

Bacon:
3-4 cups mashed potatoes
3-4 bacon, fried crisp

Onion:
3-4 cups mashed potatoes
3 green onions,chopped
1/4 cup cottage cheese
