Bacon-Fried Green Beans

4 slices bacon
1 pound green beans -- ends trimmed & blanched
1 banana pepper -- chopped
1 Tablespoon flour
salt and pepperRecipe
Chop bacon into 1" pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
Add beans & peppers; cook over medium heat about 3 minutes, stirring often.
Sprinkle in flour, then stir in several tablespoons water to make a gravy
(add water until desired consistency is reached). Season to taste with
salt & pepper.
Serves 4-6
