Recipe Introduction


I dunno, we turn away from recipes that call for butter and cream like this.....but my Grandparents ate like this all the time and lived into their 80's. What's up with that?


List of Ingredients




1 big cabbage or 2 small
Cut into chunks and put in roaster

1 pint cream
1 pint milk
1/2 lb. butter
salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe



Put in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Cool 2 hours. Put in freezer bags. Warm to serve.
