2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lb. peas with 2 c. liquid or 1 can of peas with liquid
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
Recipe
Saute onions in butter until soft and not brown; add parsley, peas and liquid. Dissolve cornstarch in milk and add to sour cream with sugar. When peas come to boil, add sour cream and remove from heat and stir. Remove from low heat to keep warm.
