Parmesan Baked Tomatoes

I made these for supper tonight and I wasn't too impressed....but I am going to try them again, because I think they would be better on a tomato that is just turning red. (mine were too ripe i think.) I also may try adding some oregano in with the crumbs for a different flavor.
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 TBLsps. grated Parmesan cheese
2 TBLsps. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic, minced
5 tomatoes
Recipe
Stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, one tablespoon olive oil and garlic. Using a sharp knife, slice the top 1/3 from each tomato and place cut side up in an 11" X 7" baking dish. Divide bread crumb mixture equally among each tomato and sprinkle over tomato tops. Drizzle tops with remaining olive oil, then bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until bread crumbs are toasted. Makes 5 servings.
