List of Ingredients
3 stalks celery, cut diagonally
1 large carrot, cut in juleinne sticks
1 red pepper, cut in chunks
1 cup snow peas
3 green onions, cut diagonally
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1/2 cup miracle whip light salad dressing
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cups cooked, hot instant brown minute riceRecipe
Steam veggies in steamer basket, covered, for 3 minutes or until just tender
Mix salad dressing, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in small bowl. Gently mix in sauce with vegetables. serve over hot cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
