Stuffed Green Peppers

6 large green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 can tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Clean peppers. cook them in water, just enough to cover, for 5 minutes. Brown hamburger and onions to light brown. Drain, stir in salt, rice and 1 c. sauce. Stuff each pepper with mixture. Put upright in a container (ungreased). Pour remaining sauce on peppers. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Unclover. Cook 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
