2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1-500 ml sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup melted butter or margerine
grated onion
salt and pepper
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese
Recipe
Thaw hash browns slightly. Mix together first 7 ingredients. Pat into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours, until lightly browned. Freezes well.
