Honey Granola

1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 teas. cinnamon
Pinch salt
1/2 teas. vanilla
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Recipe
Stir honey, butter, salt, cinnamon and vanilla until well blended. Mix the oats, coconut, walnuts, wheat germ and almonds in a greased 9x13 pan. Add butter mixture to coat evenly. Bake 275o for 40 minutes stirring often. Makes about 7 cups.
