List of Ingredients




1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Bisquick Original baking mix
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese


Recipe



Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes (30-35 at high altitudes) or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 8 servings.
