Note from Cheri:
With parties happening at the drop of a hat and friends and relatives dropping by, it's a good idea to stock up on dip recipes. Why? Because many dips can be quickly thrown together with ingredients already in your pantry or fridge. Paired with some crackers, bread or raw veggies, you can keep a hungry crowd happy for an entire evening.
Note: You can make this recipe low fat by substituting low fat sour cream, our fabulous low fat guacamole and baked tortilla chips.
