    A tasty meatloaf with tomato sauce with variant of individual loaves.

    List of Ingredients




    Adele's Famous Meatloaf

    1 1/2 lb ground beef
    2 8 oz cans tomato sauce - divided
    1 c soft breadcrumbs
    2 large eggs - lightly beaten
    3/4 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    2 t dried parsley flakes
    1 t worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Combine ground beef, 1/2 c tomato sauce, and next 5 ingredients; mix well. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place on lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 350*F for 1 hr.

    Combine remaining tomato sauce, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce; stir well. Pour over meat loaf, and bake an additional 5 minutes.

    Serves 6


    Henry's Hurry Up Meat Loaves:

    Shape meat mixture into 6 individual loaves; place on lightly greased rack in broiler pan. Bake at 450*F for 25 minutes or to desired degree of doneness. Add topping as directed for a whole meat loaf.
