    Frozen Bread Caramel Rolls

    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 (6-oz.) package regular vanilla pudding mix (dry)
    2 tablespoons milk
    Cinnamon to taste
    1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

    Thaw bread dough - do not let it rise. Break 1 loaf into small pieces the size of walnuts. Place in a greased 9x13-inch pan, 1/2-inches apart.

    In saucepan, over low heat, melt butter, brown sugar, dry pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Stir in nuts. Mix well. Pour over the dough thats broken up.
    Break the second loaf in pieces and place on top filling in gaps. Let rise for 3 hours. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes; turn upside-down on a plate. Enjoy!
