Ida's Sour Cream Coffeecake
1 package lemon cake mix
1 package (3-ounce) instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup sour cream
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Combine cake mix, and pudding mix in a large bowl; blend and add salad oil, eggs and sour cream. Mix well and pour 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 10-inch angelfood tube pan. Sprinkle in half of the topping mixture evenly over batter. Then add remaining cake batter and top with remaining topping.
Bake at 325° F. for 55-60 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan.
Serves 6-8
