Crispy Chicken Wings
Chicken wings
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons oil
8 ounces corn chips, crushed
Combine flour, salt and corn chips in shallow bowl. Combine eggs with water in another bowl. Dip chicken wings in egg mixture; then in corn chip mixture. Sprinkle with oil on each piece. Place on a jellyroll pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
