    These babies get gobbled up quick at parties!

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. ground chuck
    1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 egg
    ½ tsp. pepper
    2 tbsps. water
    ½ cup bread crumbs
    3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Party Rolls, sliced open
    1 jar burger dill pickle slices

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and put into jelly roll pan. Press evenly until ½ inch thick. Poke with fork about 8 times. Bake for 10 minutes in a 400 oven; cool and cut into squares and put on rolls. Add pickle.

    Can be reheated in microwave. Wrap in paper towels and give 30 seconds at a time until ready.

    I like the meat a little thicker and so I use a 9x13 pan. It takes a little longer to cook, about 20 minutes, I keep checking. Take the pan out of the oven, hold the meat down with a spatula and let all the grease run out. Take paper towels and dab the grease off the top of the meat and then cut into squares to fit the buns.
