    BANANA BREAD

    List of Ingredients

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 small box instant banana pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 bananas, mashed
    ½ cup walnuts (optional)

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients together (30 seconds on low and then 1-2 minutes on medium). Add bananas and walnuts; beat for 30 seconds more. Spread in greased cake or bread pans and bake in a 350 oven for 45-55 minutes.

    After this cools, mix powdered sugar with very little warm water; mix until glaze consistency and spread on top of bread.

    DO NOT USE cake mix with pudding in it.
