    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup oil
    2 cups flour
    2 tsps. baking soda
    ¼ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. cinnamon
    1 ½ cups chopped pears
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour bottom only of 9x5 loaf pan. In large bowl, beat eggs and add sugar, sour cream and oil; mix well. Lightly spoon flour, powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; stir until moistened. Stir in pears and pecans. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
