    1 – 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
    ½ lb. sausage, cooked
    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 cups potatoes, raw, shredded rinsed in cold water and patted dry
    5 eggs, well beaten
    salt & pepper


    Recipe



    Spread sausage evenly in bottom of prepared pie shell. Sprinkle cheese, then potatoes, over sausage. Pour eggs over all.

    Bake in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes, reduce heat to 375 and bake 45-60 minutes, until lightly browned and well set.
