    As kids, Mom always made us crepes with grape jelly. I love these with apple pie filling too!

    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    2 tbsps. butter melted
    1 ½ cups milk
    2/3 cup flour
    ½ tsp. salt

    Recipe




    Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

    Heat skillet medium to low. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup batter in skillet tilting skillet in circle until skillet is entirely covered with a thin layer of batter. Cook 2 minutes until top is set, loosen and invert. Cook 30 seconds. Slip crepe onto waxed paper or plate. Spread with filling (jelly, jam or fruit ). Fold 2 sides toward center and roll in opposite direction (jelly-role fashion).
