    1 White Cake Mix
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup oil
    1 1/4 cup water


    Mix first four ingredients at low speed according to direction on box until mixed.


    3 cups Ricotta Cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
    3 eggs
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips
    3/4 cup sugar
    Powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Beat Ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a separate bowl until creamy.

    Grease a 9 x 13 pan bottom only. Pour cake mixture in first. Gently pour ricotta mixture over cake mixture. Sprinkle chips on top.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake when cool. Keep refrigerated and serve from pan.
