    QUICK CHEESE COFFEE CAKE

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    ½ cup sugar
    1 tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    10 oz. can Hungry Jack Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits
    1½ tsps. sugar
    ¼ tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe

    Heat over to 350. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg until smooth. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place in ungreased 8 or 9 inch round cake pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.

    Bake in a 350 over for 24 to 30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 20 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator. 6 to 8 servings.
