Recipe Introduction

This is a cake, but looks and tastes more like a brownie.

List of Ingredients

CAKE:
1 cup water
2 sticks margarine
4 tbsps. cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

FROSTING:
6 tbsps. milk
½ stick margarine
4 tbsps. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup pecans
1 lb. powdered sugar



Recipe

CAKE:
Boil water, margarine and cocoa. Sift flour, salt and soda and add to chocolate mixture in bowl. Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Add to chocolate mixture. Grease 9x15 pan and Bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes.


FROSTING:
Bring milk, margarine, cocoa, vanilla, pecans and powdered sugar to boil and pour over cake as soon as it comes out of oven. Cool and cut.
