    60 Maraschino cherries w/stems
    3 tbsps. butter
    3 tbsps. light corn syrup
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 pound chocolate, melted

    Recipe



    Drain cherries for several hours. Combine softened butter and corn syrup. Stir in powdered sugar. Chill if too soft. Shape 1/2 tsp. mixture around each cherry. Place on baking sheet with waxed paper and chill until firm. Dip cherries into chocolate by stem.

    Keep chilled for up to 2 weeks.
