    CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW BARS

    1 cup butter
    1/3 cup cocoa
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cups sugar
    1-1/2 cups flour
    1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
    1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallow

    ICING:
    4 tbsps. butter
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/3 cup milk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Melt butter; add cocoa. Pour into bowl contining beaten eggs and mix. Add sugar, flour and nuts. Mix well. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes in an ungreased 13x9 pan. Turn off oven. Spread marshmallows on top. Put back in oven to melt. Watch closely so you don't burn the marshmallows.

    ICING: Melt butter; add cocoa. Beat in powdered sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Spread over cooled bars.
