    3 ½ cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 ½ cups butter/margarine
    1 cup sugar
    2 pkgs. 4 serving Jello Strawberry Gelatin or any other flavors
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Mix flour and baking powder and set aside

    Beat butter with electric mixer on medium until creamy. Gradually stir in sugar and 1 pkg dry gelatin. Beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well blended.

    Shape into 1 inch balls and place about 2 inches apart and cookie sheets. Sprinkle lightly with remaining pkg dry gelatin.

    Bake 8-10 min until lightly browned
