    I Love these cookies! I roll them in red and green colored sugar sprinkles, separately. They look so festive on a tray of Christmas cookies and they melt in your mouth.

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup butter, softened
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt


    Recipe



    Cream butter and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Blend until a stiff dough. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Roll into balls, dip into colored sugars.

    Bake in a 325 degree oven on cookie sheets sprayed with Pam for 20 to 25 minutes.
