    List of Ingredients

    1 tsp. fennel
    2 tsps. salt
    ¼ tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    ½ tsp. bay leaf, crushed
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    2 tsps. parsley
    1 tsp.. minced onion
    ¼ tsp. garlic
    1 pork roast 6 – 8 lbs.


    Recipe

    Combine all spices. Make slits ½ inch deep into roast. Rub spices into slits and over roast surface. Place roast in covered pan in 2 inches of water.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
