    No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

    Easy, quick & delicious cookies.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 pinch of salt
    1/2 cup chunky or creamy peanut butter
    3 cups quick cooking oats

    Recipe



    Mix sugar, cocoa, milk & butter together in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat & cool for 1 minute. Add vanilla, salt, peanut butter & oats; stir well. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Refrigerate till cooled completely. Keep refrigerated to stay hard, if desired. Makes about 2 dozen.
