List of Ingredients
6 squares (2 oz each) almond bark, divided
1-1/2 pretzel sticks
Orange food coloring
3/4 cup colored, candy-coated chocolate pieces
3/4 miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
2 cups graham cereal
Recipe
1. Microwave 1-1/2 squares almond bar in small microwave bowl for 1 minute on medium setting; stir. Repeat steps as necessary, stirring at 15 second intervals, until completely melted.
2. Place pretzel sticks in large bowl. Add melted bark and stir until all pieces are coated. Spread coated pretzel sticks out on wax paper, separating pieces, let set.
3. Place remaining 4 1/2 squares of almond bark in med microwavable bowl, following directions from step 1. Stir in food coloring until bark is bright orange.
4. Place cereal in large bowl. Add half of orange-colored almond bark and stir until cereal is evenly coated. Add chocolate pieces, marshmallows and remaining bark; stir until mix is evenly coated. Stir in pretzel sticks.
5. Break mix into small clusters and spread out on waxed paper. Immediately sprinkle clusters with chocolate sprinkles; let set.
Makes about 5 cups of snack mix.
