    Adapted for my family from the Quick Cooking mag

    List of Ingredients




    4 to 5 pounds boneless pork spareribs, cut into pieces
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 cup ketchup
    1/2 to 1 cup water
    1/4 packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons ground mustard
    1-1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients, except the ribs in bowl, cover and place in fridge overnight. In morning, place ribs in crockpot, and pour mixture on top. Cover and cook on low to medium for approximately 8 hours or until meat is tender.
