    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 CUP BREAD FLOUR
    • 5 1/2 CUP CAKE FLOUR
    • 4 TSP BAKING POWDER
    • 2 TSP BAKING SODA
    • 1 TSP SALT
    • 1 1/2 LB SOFTEN BUTTER
    • 1 LB CRISCO
    • 5 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
    • 2 1/2 CUP DARK BROWN
    • 10 EGGS
    • 4 TSP VANILLA
    • 3 LBS CHOCOLATES CHIPS
    • 2 LB WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS


    Instructions


    1. MIX SUGAR, CRISCO AND BUTTER IN A BOWL UNTIL CREAMY
    2. ADD ALTERNATELY IN THIRDS VANILLA, EGGS, FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING SODA
    3. THEN ADD BAKING POWDER AND THOROUGHLY MIX
    4. STIR IN CHIPS. MIX THOROUGHLY.
    5. PORTION OUT AROUND 4 OZ
    6. BAKE AT 350 FOR 18-20 MINUTES
